A Townsville family business
Townsville Rentals is the property management side of Lynham & Co. Real Estate, a family-owned agency based in Kirwan since 2009.
Our story
Graham and Shelly Lynham opened the agency in Kirwan in December 2009. They set out to build a boutique business on trust, integrity and hard work, where clients deal with the people who own the business. Graham came to real estate from home lending at the Commonwealth Bank. Both are lifelong Townsville locals.
As the business grew, their sons joined it. Nathan works in residential sales and Daniel in property management. In 2023 the agency took the name Lynham & Co. to reflect that it is now a second-generation family business.
We still work from the same Kirwan office on Thuringowa Drive. Our motto, "Transactions end. Relationships don't.", is how we approach property management. Many of the owners and tenants we work with have been with us for years.

Shelly and Graham founded the agency in 2009, and their sons Nathan and Daniel now work alongside them. It's a business the family owns and runs, not a franchise.
