What we collect
When you use a form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us. This may include:

- the address and details of a property you own or are enquiring about
- your preferred contact time and anything you write in the message field.

Tenancy applications are not made through this website. If you apply for a rental, the application process explains what information is collected and why.
Why we collect it

- respond to your enquiry or prepare the rental appraisal you asked for
- contact you about the property management services you enquired about
- protect the website from spam and misuse
- improve the website.
We won't use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run this website and respond to you, including with:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, processes form submissions, provides spam protection (Turnstile) and cookie-free visitor statistics
- our email service providers, which deliver form submissions to our office
- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the site
- anyone we are required or authorised to share it with by law.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with appropriate security and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
How we protect it
Information sent through our forms is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and delivered to our office email. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
